I do not get error messages when word stops responding, I only get as far as the Save As Word and the rest of office works flawlessly on everything else. I'll add to the list the deskpdf add-on, which I will have to try to reinstall or disable, but for now Word freezes when trying to print to the deskpdf virtual printer, at least on my computer. In reply to cheech's post on April 27, I, too, have exactly this problem.
